position, not just the same old boring I.T. routine of
working for just one company. You will experience the
diversity of working on multiple networks, each with its
own characteristics and needs. Because our clients are
small to medium businesses, they generally move very
fast with technology and are able to embrace the latest
offerings. In other words we usually work with some
rather cool hardware and software.
Strong diagnostic skills
Designed and implemented networks within businesses
Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7,8 /Server 2012/SBS 2011.
Internet/WAN experience, T1, DSL, e-mail and router
Server Administration: ability to perform daily
Ability to install, configure and diagnose most
major software applications
Microsoft Exchange configuration
The ability to learn and implement the latest
Normal working hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday

BOLD Technician will essentially become the I.T.
Department for many small businesses. You will be the
primary resource for all your client’s I.T. needs. These
needs may range from printer problems to entire new
networks. No more than two clients should be visited per
day. Most technicians go directly to a client’s site
from their home in the AM and visit another client on
the way home in the PM. Accurate communications and
scheduling are provided by BOLD Technologies, and
include: cell phones, pagers, PDAs, Internet access to
